1. Acknowledgement of Country
2. General Info
a. Jess’s trip from 11th June-3rd July
b. Liv from 7th June-16th July
c. Terase to act as president, Jac as treasurer while they are away
d. No meeting during the break (June)
e. Mugdha to train with Liv before she leaves
f. When Liv leaves Mugdha to train with Terase
3. Events
a. Will organise future events in July meeting
b. To do the second semester o-week on the Wednesday only
c. Movie night
i. To decide on the movie on the night
ii. No food is to be consumed inside the theatre
d. For future events, if only one or two execs can make an event, it’ll be postponed or cancelled
e. Post announcements on all socials, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Discord
f. If a post is needed, give the socials team a couple of days to get it up
i. Run it by Jess first
4. Revue
a. First rehearsal held
b. Guidelines have been set for behaviour regarding the space and people
i. The underaged cast member will not be in the explicit scenes and will not be given alcohol
c. Need to acquire props
d. On track for rehearsals and performance
e. Cam brought in as musical assistant
f. Budget $1000
5. Merch
a. End of exam sale in week 13 and the first week of break
i. 23rd to 5th June
ii. 10% off
b. Stock of shirts: 8 small, 6 medium, 8 large, 8 XL, 9 XXL.
c. Stock of stickers: 107 original, 185 medusa, 182 Cerberus.
6. Finances
a. Have access to the NAB account
i. Will go in to finalise the details
b. Thank you to all who helped out during Liv’s hiatus
7. Newsletter
a. Good luck with exams

8. Exec Holiday
a. Have to spend the voucher by end of October but not use it by then
i. i.e. use as a down payment for a booking

a. Jess’s excavation is to be moved to August/September
b. Susan Lupack is to do a forum in person tomorrow at lunch
c. New CLO meet and greet tomorrow at 4 pm
