  • Bucket hat post could be up Sunday of 2nd week of break, teaser goes up on Friday

    • Email announcement to be sent out to Caesar’s pass members first at the end of week 7 over the break. An announcement to everyone will be up when we get back for week 8

  • Everyone download the SquareSpace app, make sure orders are updated and filled out

  • Depending on who is on campus we will delegate who will be there to drop things off

    • Designs drawn up over the break and sent over, we will convene and agree on price point, put an order in for a small number to test the designs and quality.

      • Friday 28th April 12–2 PM, book the graduation hall under UBar in case of rain

      • Weekend beforehand we will need a meeting w/ cardboard to cut out basic shapes for shields

      • Encourage dressing up, preliminary post with us in costumes. Dress up for meeting to take photos

    • Week 9 = writer’s day between 1–5 May

      • Helps plan for the revue, not as stressful in anticipation of the MiniCon

      • Niamh, Ali, Jordan, and Emma, having a meeting to decide dates, will inform Rhiannon

    • Week 10 Tuesday = MiniCon with ASMU

      • Jordan to do three posts, ASMU events will do three, and both accounts will share the posts to have a total of 6 each

      • Event theme: Inclusivity, Unity, Equality

      • The whole-day event, room booking is handled by ASMU

      • We will be looking through abstract submissions

      • Pricing: people can register online for free, charge at the door (gold coin donation, but you can give more if you want)

        • Jordan is to submit the post ASAP

        • Rhiannon to send emails out to professors (start thinking of people now)

    • Week 11 = charity event, Wednesday

      • Barbeque and baked goods

      • Charity of choice = Trevor project unless Queer collective is representing them

      • 10:30 – 2:30 PM on event request

    • Friday 21st, second week of mid–sem break from 5–7 PM. Same day as night markets, people come in and explore the museum, but there would be events, including

      • Scavenger hunt we could make our own or use theirs

      • Email Caesar’s pass earlier for a head’s up

    • The museum wants us to do something for NASC. They said ASMU was okay with it, but we will check with Katy.

Niamh reiterates that if executive members cannot make a date or deadline due to student responsibilities, then that is 100% fine, and we want to hear about unavailabilities ASAP.


Revue:

  • Week 2 break = production week

  • Mid-year break = rehearsal week

  • Semester 2 mid-semester break = actual revue

  • 17 weeks out from actual revue 17–19 Sept

  • $800.00 revue budget accepted by all

  • Socials for the revue to be done by someone other than Jordan

    • Alexandra to cover this, mostly just graphics (e.g. callout posts, audition posts, promotional posts for tickets…)

  • Room bookings

    • Waiting for dates to be confirmed

    • Week 11-12 for auditions week, we will need room bookings


  • Next meeting dates

    • Magz out from 17–21st

    • Rhiannon is out from 17 to 24th
