• Outstanding AGM where we stick behind and introduce new members and have a meeting

Proceedings:

• Magz is no longer the treasurer. She is entitled to attend meetings and events; however, she will no longer hold an executive position.

• AGM will be held on Friday, week 9, over Zoom, voting through Google Forms.

• The jousting post, bucket hats post, and AGM post will go out in the next few days

• Bucket hats process:

• The product page is ready to go; we just need the images

• Once a post is ready, make the exec aware, and that is when we launch

• EA email to be sent to Caesar’s pass members, go out after the post w/ release time. The 24-hour window for Caesar’s members before all members get access.

• Jousting event:

• Need to purchase new toy horses as the current ones are not safe to use.

• Bookings:

• BBQ approved

• MiniCon approved

• DTL booked

• Event request needed for off-campus risk assessment; email Emma for details
