Agenda:
Last semester accomplishments
17 Caesar’s passes
In handover reports to the next executive, let’s revise the system.
Bank account ledger has been filled out and updated
Going to send out another Google form for us to give our opinions on how we did last semester and what we want to do moving forward.
Shifting Alexandra and Jorden around to shadow other roles and helping to organise the archive.
Since they are new, we also need to organise exit strategies for those positions.
Cameron and Rhiannon both need to fill out end-of-year reports.
Cameron
Keeping up the ledger and recording our financial fluctuations
Rhiannon
Membership basis and how we’re taking members and our biggest intake periods
Niamh explains what the end-of-year report is about
Organisation:
We got a little behind in keeping meeting minutes and receipts logs organised.
After the revue we’ll do another intake/inventory of the theatre and update what we have. (Approx. early October)
Regarding Revue purchases:
Do not buy inappropriate things, anything over $75.oo needs double approval, do not buy it if we cannot transport it in a car.
Look for the theatre document in the revue drive and find a better way to organise things.
The Hoodie design is done!
The slogan we chose: Throwing it back since 1974!
Please give Niamh your design ideas for imagery.
Still, ideally, getting them for the executive and a few members who purchase them by pre-order. We do the tie-dye day.
Events:
Ideas for events per week
O-week
No one’s had an update from CEX. We are only doing three days at the stall. Availabilities on the 20–25th.

Ubar meet and greet on the Friday (?)
Week 2
Room bookings closed
Ubar meet and greet
Week 3
Room bookings closed
Zoom coco night
Week 4
Leave blank due to com. Rev. Maybe invite members to view the com. Rev. as MAHA revue promo.
Week 5
Games night
Week 6
Study night
Week 7
Model UN/drunk UN night
Rough idea = meet at 5 PM at UBar and start at 7 PM in a room for a fun debate.
Break = MAHA Revue
Week 8–10
Toga party tentative times
MUGA will meet with us when their executives return from overseas.
We should try to paint and sip during the week we don’t do toga party. (The hoodie tie-dye). Maybe call it the ‘crafternoon”. Picnic-esque vibe.
Week 9 = History week with the museum!
The museum is promising us a scavenger hunt/night at the museum and has brought in ASMU, Tele’s and other groups.
Week 10 = see week 8.
Week 11–13:
End of year MAHA x ASMU cocktail party to celebrate. Ideally, week 13 or week 12.
We would put the elections in the other week depending on when this is.
Week 11 study night for the final exam period.
Comments from Cameron:
On O-Week, we need our IDs on us at all times, and we always need someone in the booth on the days we’re running stalls.
The faculty of Arts meeting said we’re supposed to have an event at the FoA meet-up. Emma’s idea was to “pin the amulet on the Pharaoh”.
Idea from Cameron and Emma from fundraising: the Steptember.
Concluded: 5:42 PM
